In my 38 years in the construction industry, I have been involved in the construction and deliverly of over dwellings. Worked with many city and county agencies and worked directly with the following agencies while constructing freeway on/off ramps: Cal Trans, Southern Pacific Railroad, Army Corp of Engineers, Fish and Game, and Department of Water and Power. In 1994 Kaufman and Broad had me work directly for the City of Los Angeles to help building officials assess damaged homes from the Northridge earthquake. Managed charity construction projects for Ventura County Rescue Mission, Homeaid, Hope of the Valley Mission, and Lighthouse Women\'s Shelter.
