Most organizations think cybersecurity is a technology problem. It isn\'t. It\'s a human one.I\'ve spent nearly a decade at the intersection of human behavior, organizational psychology, and cybersecurity, building enterprise-grade security awareness and human risk programs from scratch at some of the largest financial institutions in the country. Programs that don\'t just check compliance boxes, but actually change how people think and act.That work led me to a simple truth: the most expensive vulnerabilities in any organization aren\'t in the code. They\'re in the decisions people make every day, and increasingly, in how they interact with AI.Which is why I went deep on AI, not the hype, but the practical reality of how it reshapes human behavior, risk, and organizational performance. I hold a graduate certificate in AI Strategy from Cornell and have briefed 8 and 9-figure clients on AI implementation and risk. I\'ve delivered AI strategy sessions to audiences ranging from 75 healthcare professionals to 200-person business roadshows across manufacturing, real estate, trades, and professional services.In 2024, I was recognized as the #1-rated presenter by 5500 attendees at the SANS Human Risk Summit, the premier global conference for human risk professionals.My focus: where human behavior meets technology risk and opportunity. Whether that\'s building resilient security cultures, understanding how AI reshapes human decision-making, or helping organizations stop leaving margin on the table through smarter systems.I write, speak, and think about this intersection constantly.
