Built a model to project cost savings from the flagship SAT program’s transition from paper to digital testing. At the outset, the cost structure was highly uncertain, given the company had never undertaken digital testing at this scale (~9M annual tests). Worked iteratively with key stakeholders to develop the model, which has proved to be a vital input for pricing, personnel and investment decisions. Eventual savings on track to be within range of model projection.• Lead quarterly presentations to ~30 executive leaders about the SAT business’ performance; presentation focus is on story telling – compelling narratives and data visualizations – to deliver a clear, concise snapshot of business trends.• Sole person selected from 60-person Finance division for company-wide Emerging Leaders program, designed to elevate high-performers.
