   As the Senior Software Development Manager for Identity Services in India, I lead a critical charter for the Identity India team. My team is responsible for the backend functionality powering customer attributes, addresses, profiles for customers sharing a single account (PCA), and household relationships across all web, mobile, and device apps globally. In addition, we enable seamless identity validation and verification for Amazon customers.As the leader of Identity India, my role is to own mission-critical services handling sensitive customer data, with a strong focus on security, privacy, efficiency, engineering excellence, operational excellence, and end-customer experience. I lead the team in building scalable designs and architectures, improving security and availability, and introducing new features to meet business needs. I collaborate closely with stakeholders and product management to make fast-paced decisions, enabling business launches. Coaching and mentoring my team, as well as supporting the growth of high-performing senior engineers, are some of my key areas of focus.
