Involved in full length Life-Cycle implementation of Workday modules such as payroll, benefits, compensation, time, recruitment, benefits, AP, AR, GL including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance. Created multiple calculated fields, advanced reports, dashboards, score cards, matrix reports and composite reports using a variety of calculated fields according to the requirements from the business users. Managing Data conversions, HR and Compensation related Custom Reports, Security Management, Business Process configuration and configuring the application according to customer requirements and developing system Integration. Implementation of Business Assets, Customer Accounts and Revenue Management, Banking and Cash Management functional areas within Workday Financials. Worked in Inbound/outbound integrations Using Core Connector, managing business processes, working with EIB, Report Writer, Creating Complex Workday Calculated Fields and Custom Reports. Collected and Clarified client requirements, business needs and project objectives, via feedback sessions and client meetings, in collaboration with all stakeholders. Develop, maintain & troubleshoot data integrations with other systems including third party systems. Managed system security worked and updated on user roles.
