Our focus is on meeting workloads where they are, whether on-premise or in the cloud.\\\\n\\\\nThe Platform Engineering team is responsible for our on-premise Publix private cloud, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) utilizing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). Our commitment lies in creating robust, scalable, and secure internal platforms that power the diverse array of services and operations at Publix.\\\\nWithin the Cloud Services, we manage and optimize our engagement with public cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This involves strategizing the efficient and secure integration of these services into our workflows, enabling our organization to leverage these advanced tools for growth and innovation. We strive to provide a seamless, efficient, and secure infrastructure across the enterprise. We strive to eliminate the barriers between on-premise and cloud, creating a fluid, hybrid ecosystem that can flexibly adapt to the needs of our workloads.\\\\n\\\\nMy role is to foster synergy between these groups, facilitating the digital transformation of our organization in line with Publix\'s vision and objectives.
