About Akul Gupta
Helping build KDSI from scratch in my current role i.e. HR strategy role.Prior to this, was with BYJU\'S as a People Partner. In this span, I have undertaken HRBP responsibilities for multiple departments.Also, I was part of Axis Bank for 2+ years as a Senior Manager. I managed Performance Management Process along with a colleague for entire non-sales channel of the bank consisting of employees. Was responsible for strategizing and execution of all Performance related activities in the bank. I completely PGP-HRM at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.Also, completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer engineering from Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab in the year 2017. During which, I interned at UnitedLex, Gurgaon for 4.5 months.
