Work directly with the CDO to support all aspects of the real estate pipeline- Support the management of the national growth strategy, market strategies, and trade area strategies - Execute department strategic initiatives and special projects- Support site selection, LOI negotiation, lease negotiation, renewals, and restructuring- Support financial modeling and underwriting of deals including proformas, development budget plans, andschedules- Manage securing utilities, permits, and liquor licenses for new locations- Manage third party GIS Mapping site selection tools, analytics and work with our in-house demographer onmarket information- Coordinate department policy and procedure including forms and tools- Manage the tracking of pipeline through various tools- Manage KPI tracking tools including executive facing reporting- Coordinate real estate tours including working with third party brokers on coordination of tour preparation - Prepare real estate committee decks and support the deal approval process- Act as the cross functional liaison with finance, accounting, operations, and other departments - Communicate and coordinate with the development team to ensure a smooth transition from site selection, to construction, to opening of the restaurants- Track key dates in our pipeline including possession date, renewal option notices, and other such key leasemilestones- Manage lease administration
