Lead a team of product managers, responsible for setting & executing on the equipment, dispenser, and product/consumable strategies for the assigned business unit(s)- Develop, manage, & execute comprehensive, early-stage equipment, technology, & product roadmaps, to expand existing product lines & establish new ones, ultimately accelerating customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue generation- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Oversee the lifecycle of innovation projects from ideation to implementation- Work with the VP of Innovation to develop innovation pipeline in accordance with Organizational, technical, and product strategies- Implement best-in-class frameworks & methodologies for the successful execution of projects, including proper documentation sharing & storage- Develop, implement, & provide governance over the innovation process- Manage the Innovation Stage-Gate process to progress projects forward & obtain proper cross-functional collaboration and approvals from Senior Leadership & ELT- Take ownership of the maturity & discontinuation of items; work with DTC & retail teams to plan item exits and any required swaps to hold distribution- Work with outside vendors to conduct market research & gather insights and IRI data to inform product & technology development strategies- Work with key manufacturing partners on the execution of product strategies; including equipment & technology- Manage the innovation and R&D AOP process, setting KPIs for each strategic initiative; critically evaluating the feasibility & ROI of initiatives and identifying and mitigating risks of associated new projects- Leverage technology platforms to improve efficiency & effectiveness of day-to-day work- Manage product specification library, keeping the library up-to-date with latest technology & equipment launches
