Book viewings and dealing with enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face. This role is customer facing and I have the pleasure of working directly with them on a day to day basis- Regularly meet landlords, work with contractors, and tenants- Reporting any maintenance issues and being the first point of contact for both tenants and landlords- Conduct in-depth inventories of a property before the tenant moves in. I ensure everything is in working order- Take card payments of rent and deposits - Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on a daily basis. It\'s an integral part of completing my day to day activities- Organisation and time management is incredibly important for this role. I look after a large number of properties- I handle all the legal paperwork for tenants prior to them moving into a property- Using tools like Experian and Let Alliance to reference applicants. This is all part of the background checks I have to do per tenant- Speaking to landlords to reign in new business and see if they need help with their current mortgage- Providing top level customer service to everyone that I work with- Work in an incredibly fast paced workplace with short deadlines.
