I am an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with a Dual master\'s degree in Applied Energy Management and thermal power plant operations, earned with distinction. With 5 plus years of experience in energy and project management. Currently, I am thriving as a Project Coordinator at Tecdale Group, where I excel in coordinating the production, preparation, and operations teams. By efficiently allocating and assigning tasks, I ensure smooth workflow and report directly to the Operations Manager and CEO in Canada. In addition, I effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders in Hong Kong, China, and the United States for various projects. With a solid foundation of over 4 years of experience in thermal power plant operations and maintenance in India, I am well-versed in utilizing proven engineering technologies to enhance systems and optimize procedures. I possess expertise in performing periodic Infrared (IR) Thermography Inspections of thermal and firing equipment, ensuring their optimal functioning. Furthermore, I have successfully completed multiple audits with both internal and external auditing teams within thermal power plants and cement industries. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in operating, maintaining, and repairing heavy equipment and machinery. During my tenure as a research scholar at an Indian nuclear facility, I conducted a project focused on Boiler distortion in the atomic energy sector, utilizing plasma-transmitted arc welding.
