I have a strong background in leading data-driven projects and managing risk in various domains, such as asset management and investment banking. I have been recognized and commended for my analytical skills, strategic communication, and stakeholder management. I am passionate about applying machine learning algorithms, mathematical modelling, business statistics, and data visualization tools, such as Python, SQL, Excel, VBA, Tableau, and Power BI, to solve complex business problems and generate value for the organization. Currently I am a customer insights analyst at LifeSearch, where I leverage data science and business analytics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I have a master\'s degree in business analytics from the University of Kent and a Google Data Analytics Specialization certification from Coursera and I am also adaptable, positive, and collaborative, and I enjoy learning new skills and exploring different art forms and cuisines.
