I enjoy helping students learn by breaking down concepts and talking through problems step by step. I am especially interested in supporting students through group discussions, guided practice, and one-on-one help, where learning feels less stressful and more approachable.My academic experience has allowed me to work closely with students in classroom and discussion-based settings, where I helped clarify questions, encouraged participation, and supported different learning styles. I believe patience, listening, and clear explanations make a big difference in how students gain confidence.I have also worked in team environments that value communication and cooperation, which helps me adapt easily, take feedback, and work well with others in learning-focused settings.I am excited to begin my journey as a tutor and learning support staff member, and I look forward to helping students grow, stay motivated, and feel more confident in their abilities.
