With over seven years of experience in marketing analytics, I am a data expert and a marketing leader who drives business decisions based on data-driven insights and optimization. I am currently the Head of Marketing Analytics at Con Edison, the utility provider of NYC and Westchester.I am passionate about building data-driven teams and cultures that leverage data to tell compelling stories and drive business outcomes. I have built the marketing analytics function from scratch at Con Edison, creating the data architecture, hiring and training the staff, managing the projects, and presenting the findings to the leadership and stakeholders. I have also automated and streamlined the reporting processes, informed the product development based on customer needs, and ensured the data integrity standards are met. I am proficient in various tools and languages, such as Tableau, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker, Power BI, SQL, R, and Python. I hold a MS in Integrated Marketing from New York University and a Google Ads Measurement Certification.
