ABOUT AKSHITAA PUJARI

I\'m fascinated by how people think - why a great idea lands in one room but gets overlooked in another, and why some conversations lead to real change while others don\'t.I have an MS in Business Biotechnology from Northeastern University, where I studied not just the science but the business side - commercialization, crisis communications, and strategy. That combination gave me something I didn\'t expect: the ability to sit between very different people and help them understand each other.Over the past few years, I\'ve had the opportunity to work across pharma, biotech, and clinical settings. In every role, I found myself gravitating toward the same thing - the human side. Helping teams find common language. Reframing a message so it finally clicks. Sitting with people who agree on the goal but are stuck on the path, and talking it through together. In grad school, I developed a session that was presented to 45+ international medical professors at a global conference. I\'ve had the chance to lead entrepreneurship sessions, train new team members, and learn how to make complex ideas feel simple and clear.I don\'t think of myself as a scientist who can communicate.I think of myself as a communicator who understands science, business, and people.I\'m grateful for the experiences that taught me this, and now I\'m looking for a role that puts this at the center — not on the side.I\'d love to explore opportunities in:→ Alliance management or partnerships→ Consulting - where understanding people is part of the strategy→ Client advisory - building trusted, lasting relationships→ Coaching - career, executive, or leadershipI\'m authorized to work in the US and available to start immediately. If any of this resonates, I\'d be so glad to hear from you. p••••••••@northeastern.edu
