ABOUT AKSHITA GUPTA

I’m a student in Grade 12 at Modern Vidya Niketan, Aravali Hills, pursuing Commerce with Psychology. I’m driven by a deep commitment to leadership, community service, sustainability, and creative problem-solving, values that have shaped every chapter of my journey so far. As the Charter President of the first-ever Interact Club of MVN Aravali Hills, I have the privilege of building an entire legacy from the ground up. As the first initiative, I designed and spearheaded an anti-bullying campaign for middle school students at MVN Aravali Hills, conducting awareness workshops that focused on empathy and peer support systems. Before that, my time in the Student Council strengthened my abilities in student advocacy, event management, and collaborative leadership. I was also the Lead Intern at Navjyoti India Foundation, contributing to the Sustainable Creations initiative which has deepened my understanding of sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and grassroots impact. Beyond formal roles, I have hosted a podcast conversation with Dr. Neeta Bali on student leadership and published my first Medium article exploring nuances in gender discourse. My journey across Model UNs, Youth Parliaments, and leadership forums, including serving as General Secretary at Rajnaya Youth Parliament’25 and as an Executive Board member has strengthened my skills in diplomacy, public speaking, and high-pressure decision-making. I was honored to receive a High Commendation at Rajnaya Youth Parliament’24. Creativity remains at the heart of everything I do, whether through theatre, music, poetry, design, or visual storytelling. I enjoy building narratives, designing campaigns, and creating work that informs, inspires, and leaves an impact. My long-term goal is to work at the intersection of youth advocacy, public discourse, and institutional change.
