Ensure the branch complies with Blue Star’s Corporate Safety Policy.*Maintain and implement the branch’s EHS management system – in alignment with ISO 45001 (which Blue Star carries in its service operations).*Develop, maintain and keep current safe operating procedures (SOPs) or essential safety practices (ESPs) for tasks common to the branch (installation, servicing, site work, working at height, etc.).*Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) for branch operations.*Recommend control measures (engineering, administrative, PPE) and monitor their implementation.*Monitor compliance with safe operating practices (e.g, working at height, ladders, scaffolds, compressed gas cylinders) as outlined in Blue Star’s policy.*Inspections, Audits & Monitoring.*Incident / Near‑Miss Investigation.*Training, Awareness & Culture Building.*Compliance & Legal Requirements.*Reporting & KPIs.*Equipment & Environment.*Support for Projects / Installations.*Propose improvements in branch safety systems, share best practices internally.*Support deployment of new safety technologies or programmes.*Stay updated with relevant industry safety standards and internal safety initiatives.
