I am Akshit Dasgupta, an Ante Penultimate-year B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) student at Symbiosis Law School, Pune. My experiences range from interning with in-house legal teams and litigators to working on-ground with social welfare organisations.At Eveready Industries, I gained exposure to legal drafting and internal advisory processes within a corporate legal department. My prior internship at the High Court of Calcutta deepened my understanding of procedural law and litigation. As part of my college-mandated service internship at Hope Kolkata Foundation, I engaged directly with community initiatives, enhancing my skills in communication, public outreach, and empathy-driven service.Within law school, I actively contribute as a Core-Committee Member of the Student Bar Association, leading moot allotments and internal events. These roles have helped me develop a nuanced sense of organisation, leadership, and teamwork in high-pressure academic settings.I am eager to explore legal roles that challenge me intellectually and allow me to meaningfully contribute to teams working at the intersection of law, policy, and business.
