After taking a few programming classes I was thoroughly hooked to the subject. The amount of information available is almost endless and there’s always something new to learn. Now I spend some time daily on improving and perfecting my skills, which has also led to improved creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Through my learning experiences, I have come to admire and respect the kind of teachers who make their subject matter easy to understand and absorb. My current goal is to become a knowledgeable programmer who can impart technical concepts to non-technical audiences with ease. I also want to work on projects that can benefit people. I’m looking forward to working with a company that can help me enhance my skills and knowledge.The biggest draw of Software Development is the scope of constant learning. There are always optimizations to be made, a new technology or framework to be learned, or algorithms to be created that solve problems efficiently. You can also apply programming knowledge to a wide variety of fields which gives great flexibility in deciding what you do with your knowledge.When I’m not programming, I like to read books, watch anime or South Korean dramas, and play video games with my friends. Some of my favorite anime include Haikyuu, Attack on Titan, and Steins Gate. I mainly play video games related to the Call of Duty franchise as I used to make sniping montages on YouTube when I was younger and there’s a big community around this franchise. I like to read books mainly from genres such as psychology, behavioral economics, and fictional books mainly in the fantasy genre. I’m fascinated with why human beings are the way they are and reading allows me to develop a better intuition and understanding behind our daily actions.
