I help D2C brands grow by building influencer-driven acquisition systems and creator networks that scale. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve focused on turning content, partnerships, and storytelling into measurable business outcomes especially improving CAC efficiency and strengthening customer loyalty.At Traya, I lead the influencer growth function. I built a tiered creator ecosystem that contributed to consistent month-on-month growth in new customers, while bringing down influencer CAC by ~20% and increasing month on month revenue by 30-40%. I also led ₹1 Cr+ celebrity collaborations that helped the brand build trust and deepen retention with core audience groups. A big part of my work here has been making influencer marketing predictable and repeatable through better selection models, pricing frameworks, performance dashboards, and scalable workflows.Before Traya, I drove topline revenue growth at Playerzpot by combining influencer-led acquisition with CRM and affiliate programs.
