I\'m a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, with over 4 years of experience, currently working at Persistent Systems, India. I have experience working in Site Reliability Engineering like Proactive Monitoring, Incident Management, Service Management, Escalation Management and Problem Management support Resolving Major Incident Management Issues.During my software engineering career, I have worked with multiple programming languages, technologies, tools such as Java, python, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Github, AWS, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, Jira etc.I earned my BTéch in Electronics Engineering back in 2021 and recently completed 6 years as a programmer. During the last semester of college, I participated in AI-for-India conducted by GUVI Greek Networks where I contributed to a few open-source projects: Build a Face Recognition Application using Python, Vehicle Engine Lock System for Drink & Drive. My interests range from Software Development, Cloud Computing, Al in Cloud, and I\'m always eager to explore new technological horizons. On a personal level, I\'m passionate about self-improvement and personal growth. I believe that we can always learn and grow, both professionally and personally.
