Exec builds AI-powered roleplay simulations and call scoring for enterprise teams. I run the implementation side. Clients come to us wanting their sales reps, managers, or service teams to practice real conversations with AI before doing it live. My job is to figure out what they need, design the scenarios, launch the programs, and keep people engaged.I built this function from scratch in late 2024 and lead a small team that works with dozens of clients across industries like SaaS, financial services, logistics, and healthcare. A big part of what I love about the role is that no two clients are the same. One week I\'m designing a cold call scenario for a tech sales team, the next I\'m building a manager feedback program for a healthcare company. The variety keeps things interesting.I also write code, build internal tools, and contribute to our product directly. The thing I\'m most focused on right now is using AI to make our own processes faster and better without sacrificing quality. We did a lot of things manually in year one to figure out what works, and now it\'s about building the systems to scale it.

ABOUT AKSHAY KONJIER

I run the AI roleplay and training side of Exec, where we help enterprise teams practice real conversations with AI before they have to do it for real. Sales calls, manager conversations, customer interactions, that kind of thing. I\'m technical. I use Claude and LLMs every day, not just for our product but for how I work. I write code, build internal tools, automate workflows, and contribute to our codebase alongside engineers. The thing that gets me most excited is figuring out ways to make our processes faster and better while maintaining quality, and AI has completely changed how I think about that. Before Exec I consulted with tech companies on improving their engineering teams, and I taught web development at two Toronto colleges. I started teaching the same semester ChatGPT launched and spent two years continuously evolving my curriculum to incorporate AI into how students learn to code. That experience fundamentally shaped how I think about AI adoption: it\'s never about the technology, it\'s about meeting people where they are.Outside of work I\'m a huge Raptors and Blue Jays fan, I play rec league softball and basketball, and I spend way too much time on woodworking projects.
