Effectively coordinating planning & Sales activities. • Run & Validate the MRP on weekly basis in ERP (Oracle). • Production planning for tubes line with strategies of cutting down delinquency levels on GENX, CFM series, LM series, GE90 engines. • Production planning & shop floor scheduling for different product mix lines considering demand dates & customer priorities to the plant. • Dispatch planning for export shipment and ensuring warehouse alignment in-line with improvements to reduce lead time and to hit OTD>90%. • Implementing effective packaging methods to eliminate customer escapes and rework. • Timely communication & projecting visibility to all stakeholders about critical parts, stock out conditions with the help of continuous engagement with customer. • Managing order creation in ERP, clean up for closed orders, maintaining item attributes for smooth demand flow from customer portal to Oracle ERP. • Development of digital tools for clear visibility, real time updates and mainly to reduce manual work. • Provide the daily Shipping Plan and shipping instruction to logistics department. • Release the Sales Orders in the ERP system and there by coordinate the daily Shipment Schedule with production, Warehouse, Assembly and Logistics Team to complete the scheduled Orders. • Coordinate with the logistics team for critical part shipment and ensure on time delivery. • Inventory profiling & obsolete inventory mapping. • Management of master data for demand, production & sales from 2018 - present for easy accessibility & better tracking of records on a quantitative basis for shipped parts.• Managing the Inventory level for ensuring the ready Availability of Material to meet the production and dispatch targets and ensuring zero down time. • Preparing the SOP and Process Analysis for updating in the computerized system (ERP software.) • Predictive analysis of parts to avoid any delays and engine criticality. • Record maintaining and Updating data on daily basis, Review and analysis of daily production and dispatch details. • Implementing effective packaging methods to eliminate customer escapes and rework. • Ensuring the planning activities and documentation as per QMS. • Driving Six sigma and lean project. • To enforce the stringent safety practices and maintain good safety records.
