Strategic and people-first HR Business Partner with 5+ years of cross-functional experience spanning talent strategy, employee engagement, exit management, DEI, compliance, and operations across India and U.S-based teams. I’ve led 500+ interviews, conducted 35+ exit interviews, and worked across ATS platforms, HRIS systems, recruiting tools, project and calendar management systems, Linux environments, automation tools, and more. I’ve successfully managed multi-tasking teams across business clusters—driving retention strategies, attrition control, succession planning, and high-impact people programs. My toolkit also includes moderate proficiency in web development, content and digital marketing tools, and creative media (graphic design, video editing). Beyond the boardroom, I’m a firm believer in human empowerment—not just women empowerment—as the real path to social inclusion. This passion led me to volunteer with civic groups, clubs, and community events, where I’ve developed a deep sense of activism, resilience, and public engagement. My academic foundation in commerce shaped my analytical decision-making, while my journey through competitive civil service exam prep built my generalist mindset, mental strength, and adaptability. Life as a Scout Ranger, athlete (kabaddi, wrestling), and hobbyist (photography, hiking, coin/stamp collection) further instilled team spirit, sportsmanship, and curiosity.
