Have proven track record of meeting customer needs on time.Detailed Description:* Working for Client Applied Materials for fulfilling Project requirements. • 3D Design and Assembly of Communication & Control System using Creo Parametric 7.0. • Working on DCR Projects, doing Design change to multiple Weldment Frame Assemblies to achieve an effective Cost reduction. • Creating Complex drawings for Weldment frames, defines Raw Materials, Paint, BOM Callout, Shipping & Masking info, Weld Callouts, GD & T, Assembly & Piece Part detailing. • Performing Tipping Analysis to the newly designed weldment frame. • Updating 3D Assemblies (Modules used for IC fabrication) & 2D drawings as per ECR/ECO requirements. • 3D Design & 2D Schematics of Harness Assemblies using Creo-Cabling & Creo Schematics. • Exposure to Windchill & Agile methodologies.*Worked at BEL On Design & Development of Defense products to support Indian Navy & Military.• 3D Design of Electro-Mechanical Enclosures and Components using Creo Parametric. as per MIL standard 810F and JSS for environment as well as safety compliance. • 3D Design of 1U, 2U & 3U Chassis and performing Thermal Analysis & Structural Analysis on the designed model using SOLIDWORKS. • Designing the equipment for EMI/EMC compliance, IP rating and Design with respect to MIL Grade specifications. • Preparation of PCB Layout, Providing PCB DXF & have knowledge on selection of various types of Connectors as per the requirement. • Cable and Wire Routing to represent various inter-connections using Creo-Cabling. • Preparation of Drawings for fabrication as per ISO standards & GD & T ASME Y14.5. • Preparation of Documents using SAP – PLM Module. • Preparation of Documents like Manufactured Part, General Assy, Part List, Wire List, Wiring Diagram, Technical Spec. and Installation Spec. etc using SAP–PLM Module. • Other SAP activities involve Creation of Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Production Order, Stock Request, CMR Purchase Request & Purchase Order and Engineering Change Request (ECR/ECO) Rise etc. • Sending the assembled equipment for various physical tests such as Shock, Vibration, Low & High Temperature, Salt Corrosion Test, Drip Test, Rain Test, Altitude Test, EMI/EMC, Mould Growth etc.
