ABOUT AKSHAY VIJAY MISHRA

As a Learning and Development Specialist I am responsible for designing and delivering training programs, facilitating leadership development frameworks, and managing the performance and talent management systems. I have 5 years of experience in the L&D domain, with a focus on the e-commerce and retail sectors. I have worked with leading companies such as Tata Croma, Flipkart and Welspun One where I led the L&D initiatives for the west zone and PAN India, conducted train-the-trainer sessions, and curated training programs for first-time managers and leaders. I have also received multiple certifications in training excellence, lean awareness, and 5S and visualization from Dale Carnegie Training and Flipkart.I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Operations from Amity Education Group, and a Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI. I have a deep knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and various tools and techniques to enhance the learning outcomes and engagement of the learners.I am passionate about creating a culture of learning and development in the organizations I work with, and empowering the employees to achieve their full potential and career aspirations. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to grow as a professional and as a person.
