I am a legal, privacy and compliance professional with over 6+ years of experience across ITES, SaaS, Managed Services and E-commerce/retail companies. I hold a B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) and an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws, and I’m certified in both CIPP/E and CIPM.Over the years, I’ve worked across legal counsel, risk and compliance, deal desk operations, and contract management roles, building a foundation that has always been privacy-adjacent. From reviewing and negotiating DPAs, MSAs, and SOWs to supporting compliance frameworks and business continuity efforts, my career has consistently aligned with the evolving privacy landscape.In my last role, I was a Senior Contract Manager at EY GDS, where I manage post-signature obligations, risk analysis, and contract deliverables across global engagements, including those with data protection and compliance implications. Currently, I am the Data Privacy Officer (India) for VidaXL\'s India operations where I lead privacy initiatives, support cross-border compliance efforts, and collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks. I work closely with InfoSec, Legal, and Operations to drive privacy-by-design, conduct PIAs, and manage data subject rights and vendor assessments.I am passionate about building scalable privacy programs and enabling business growth through responsible data practices.
