I would like to introduce myself as a Senior Management professional with over 12 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. The years of expertise span across the Telecom/SATCOM domain including more than 9 years of experience in handling integration projects and delivering time bound complex software solutions. I have successfully evolved into a Techno-commercial leader having experience in solutioning / designing / integrating projects involving RF (SATCOM/VSAT), ACS/ACU (tracking/ephemeris), Uplink power optimisation (UPC/DTR), Diversity & Redundancy Schemes (Site Diversity, teleport redundancy), Spectrum Analysis, etc. Over the years, I have worked with and delivered customised solutions to industry leaders, including Fortune 500 clients, government & defence. The enriching years have enabled me with expertise over enterprise grade (award winning) automation systems serving customers in the global telecommunication industry. My roles have given me extensive expertise on turnkey / end-to-end solutions for network management, monitoring and control systems (NMS / MnC) for Teleports, Satellite Earth/Ground Stations, and VSAT Hubs. Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Operational Excellence are added advantage & skills that I have built. My analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with holistic approach, are some of my key strengths that have enabled me for effective decision making, also helped me sail through critical situations. Moreover, with my strong liaison & relationship skills, I help build & maintain long standing relations with stakeholders & key decision makers to strategically sustain profitable business relationships. I am deft at monitoring performance, analysing status & progress reports and manage complex business challenges with strong work-ethics, interpersonal communication, relationship management and analytical skills.
