As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer Trainee, I am gaining hands-on knowledge under the guidance of senior engineers in plant operations and mechanical systems, while observing and assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. I am involved in daily mechanical maintenance work on pumps, compressors, and utility systems, supporting the preparation and verification of work permits to ensure safe and compliant execution. Alongside this, I am learning the fundamentals of equipment installation, alignment, and troubleshooting, as well as assisting in documentation, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.”
