Manage the complete packaging system of centrifugal pump projects, ensuring compliance with technical and customer specifications.• Lead engineering activities for projects in the Oil & Gas sector, including both API and non-API pump types such as Vertical Suspended Pumps (VS1 & VS6) and Between Bearing Pumps (BB4).• Oversee full-cycle mechanical and order-related engineering, from design to documentation and execution.• Create and manage new material codes and process complete Bills of Materials (BOM) in the SAP system.• Prepare and submit comprehensive engineering documents to clients, including General arrangement drawings, Piping and Instrumentation diagram (P&I D), Cross sectional drawings, Performance curves, Datasheets, Installation drawings, Procedures & Reports.• Design base frames and motor stools and develop detailed manufacturing drawings for vertical pumps.• Perform core mechanical design calculations such as shaft diameter sizing, impeller trimming diameter. • Review and validate technical documents, including motor, coupling, mechanical seal, and seal system drawings.• Provide pre-order technical support to the sales team, aiding in order finalization.• Participate in Kick-Off Meetings (KOMs) with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.• Interpret and align engineering deliverables with customer specifications and project requirements.• Coordinate with production teams during the manufacturing, assembly, and testing phase.
