Develop and execute CSR initiatives in community development, environmental sustainability, and social welfare at Corporate Office Western Coalfields Limited, Nagpur Design Annual Action Plan with objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Implement public health, education, and livelihood programs in mining-affected areas of Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh States in India. Facilitating and Co-ordinating Board Level CSR Committee of WCL Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government officials, and NGOs. Create and apply M&E frameworks to assess CSR projects and present impact assessment reports. Preparation of Annual Reports, Monthly reports, MIS, Internal & CAG Audits etc. Ensure CSR activities meet regulatory and corporate guidelines, prepare replies to Parliament Questions and Parliament matters about CSR, replies to RTI queries and queries/information to the Ministery of Coal and other government bodies. Communication In charge of CSR Initiatives & Success Stories for Public Relations & Social Media Campaigns. Management of issues of industrial relations and ensuring timely payment of wage and provident funds to contractual workers including undertaking timely welfare activities. Land Acquisition for mine expansion and Rehabilitation and resettlement of the Project Affected People(PAP) around Coal bearing mining areas.
