Managing cash flows and forecasting to optimize utilization in business operations for debt and investment management, to effectively manage cash requirements and identification of funding gaps. •Managing portfolio of credit line which includes fund-based and non-fund-based utilization.•Issuing of bank guarantees, standby letter of credit – negotiating with the terms and conditions of agreement, and BG / SBLC text. •Establishing and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favourable terms, fees, and services for banking products, credit lines, and other treasury-related activities.•Collaborating directly with payment gateways, credit card issuing bankers, related to CUG program for agents and negotiating on the MDR charges with stakeholders in the context of B2B and B2C segments. •Collaborating with the rating agencies and senior management for all the requirements related to accreditation of rating to the company (ICRA, CRISIL). •Supervising all payments, inward and outward remittances related to engineering and non-engineering payments, lease payments and documentation for A1, A2 payments and inward foreign remittances.•Due diligence of documents such as loans, sanction letters, creation of board note for new banking facility, surrendering loans, addition or deletion of signatories, or onboarding of new payment gateways.•Performing all treasury related compliance including preparing cash flow statements, due diligence reports, APR, UFCE and ODI filling, FLA, ECB returns, India rating reports and bank covenants compliance.•Evaluating, deploying, and managing treasury systems and technology to improve cash management procedures, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities which includes host-to-host integration, S2B implementation, and integrating interfaces of bank and company ERP systems.
