   I am handling the training operations of Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region via \"SuccessFactor LMS\" earlier we were using \"Cornerstone LMS\".I liaise with the different stakeholders for the learning needs of their reporting team members and devise their learning plan as per the role and requirement.Performing Training Needs Analysis from the available past data is a key responsibility.I also manage learning assignment and tracking of training compliance with 100% accuracy.I am also responsible to drive the annual talent management initiatives and assist in planning other talent management activities which is 40% of my workload.So far I have driven 2 annual appraisal cycle closures, 1 Change management for Talent platform, and 2 development plan setting initiatives for close to people across APMEA region.So far I have improved 20% of the processing time of the regular tasks and look forward to cut it down to another 10% at least.I am always onboard for new ideas and brainstorming to achieve the learning goals of the organization.
