Resulted in $2MM of cost savings - Led team of 7 CAs to develop cost models, category strategy reviews, contract, and negotiations. Streamlined processes of various market intel and pricing index requests from leadership into MS Forms. Resulted in soft savings of 1 hour per CA per day
