Reporting to AVP – West Region for all the Technical RFP’s, Initiation of Projects, Site Start ups, etc. • Successfully handling out Due diligence Surveys before start up of facilities to clients. • Leading a team of Five Technical Executives (Pune, Nasik, Nagpur, Goa & Aurangabad) & multiple technicians (Multi Skill Technicians) under them for maintaining of HK Equipments – Single Disc, Auto Scrubber, Wet & Dry Vacuum, Heavy Duty Vacuum Cleaner, Flipper Machine, etc. in West region. • Lead the Technical procurement department for West Region in ensuring that maintaining updated data such as information about suppliers’ products and prices. • Leading Project team for all the Interior & Refurbishment work, Set up mechanisms of Sites, etc. • Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility. • Evaluate prospective suppliers before signing up a supplier who can deliver goods and services in the agreed quantities, in a timely manner, while observing quality measures. • Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money. • Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of Contracts. • Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial & cost effective procuring process for the business. • Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business. • Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals of Top Line & Bottom Line of Company. • Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities • Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes. • To conduct a preliminary check if the new vendors match in terms of qualifications with the standards laid down by the company from time to time. • Lead technical projects procurem
