Duties /Responsibilities1.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, maintenance, utility dept, Contractors, to address deviations and continuous improvement. 2.Start up and shutdown plant process & Equipment\'s through DCS3.Maintain all safety protocols, 5S and guidelines at working place. 4.Monitor and analyze process parameters, identifying trends and potential issues.5.Implement Kaizen\'s in plant for continuous improvement in process & enhancing operational efficiency.6.Regularly report current work status to my superior.7.Update shift starting- Ending, Production, Consumption reports.8.Run the plant smoothly and Monitore utilities and chemical consumption, optimizing resource utilization.9.Troubleshooting Problems in a team environment.10.Plan shift activities.11.Troubleshooting Problems during any Emergency and leading the team. 12.Give permit to work. 13.Handling Equipment\'s like Absorption towers, Distillation columns, Pumps, valves, Heat exchangers etc. 14.Ensure proper documentation and housekeeping, 5S during audits.
