As a DevOpsI design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both on-premise and cloud-based applications, ensuring smooth build, test, and release cycles. My role focuses on automation, security, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive a strong DevOps culture within the organization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps. Integrate automated testing, security checks, and rollback strategies to improve release efficiency. • Deployment & Release Management: Coordinate deployments across staging, UAT, and production environments. Manage application packaging, configuration, and version control to ensure reliable releases. • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with developers, QA, and IT operations to streamline workflows. Maintain detailed technical documentation for pipelines, environments, and SOPs. • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automation frameworks with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Postman. Conduct performance testing with JMeter and LoadRunner. • Infrastructure & Cloud: Manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet. Provision and secure resources on AWS and Azure, including VPCs, IAM, and security groups. • Monitoring & Observability: Implement and monitor systems using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and Zabbix to ensure high availability and performance. • Scripting & Server Management: Utilize Bash, Python, and PowerShell for automation and handle Linux-based server and networking tasks. • Business Continuity: Ensure IT systems and business processes remain resilient and secure across different scenarios.
