Patna lies in lower side of river Ganga which causes flood and high water level which makes construction work tedious and futile. Patna lies in lowers side of Ganga and comes under zone-IV which is consider to be high seismic zone and required lot of engineering precautions to be taken during pre-construction and post construction stage. In month of summer temperature in Patna varies from 35 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius. While in month of winter temperature -1 degrees to 30 degrees Celsius. There is frequent precipitation that takes place. Annual mean rainfall in Patna is about 1213.3mm.•Construction in various parts of the institution according to requirement and new Projects •Renovation and maintenance of all constructed buildings•Interior work and designing of various parts of institution•Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pumping system•Laying and maintenance of all sewer lines in the campus
