I am an HR Professional currently working at A.M Motors as an HR Executive – Admin & Statutory, where I manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple branches. My role focuses on ensuring seamless HRMS updates, statutory compliance, onboarding, attendance management and employee engagement. I work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth HR workflows and create an efficient and positive workplace environment.Previously, I gained strong foundational experience as an HR Intern at S24x7 LLP Services, where I actively supported onboarding, payroll processing, manpower planning, and large-scale HR coordination. Collaborating with senior HR leaders helped me develop a structured approach to workforce management, compliance handling, and employee lifecycle processes.I am passionate about building streamlined HR systems, strengthening organizational culture, and contributing to effective people management.
