Key Responsibilities- · Conducting pre-order constructability reviews and provides inputs for estimation of construction cost in consultation with HOD Construction· Participate and provide construction related inputs as Proposal Task Force member for Project Plan preparation· Develop base-line resource plan & construction sequencing based on constructability review and inputs from site in-charge and construction planner· Work with Lead Construction Manager and Project Manager to develop subcontracting strategy and EPC package erection philosophy· Participate in selection of subcontractors required for various phases of the project· Handle sub-contractor mobilization, resource planning & subcontractor payments· Conduct periodic audit for compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and construction processes· Coordinate with other functions to ensure Engineering & Material front availability at site· Closure of SAR and CAR received at HO, maintain CAPA record of all SARs and CARs· Support site in-charge in ensuring schedule adherence for construction activities & Site closures· Overall responsibility for managing construction budgets for the project· Support site in-charge in project closureCritical Competencies · Expertise in construction planning, subcontractor management.· Thorough Technical Knowledge of site activities, Civil works, Erection, Site Fabrication Procedures and Safety norms.· Knowledge of statutory requirements as per Factories Act, Construction Workers Act, legal liabilities, labor laws etc.· Coordinating with all stakeholders
