In my role as a Senior Test Engineer at AQM, primarily focusing on both manual and automation testing. My journey began with manual testing, where I was responsible for understanding project requirements, creating test cases, and executing testing cycles for various applications in the insurance domain. During this time, I gained insights into the critical importance of thorough testing to ensure that software meets the established requirements and is free from critical bugs. I regularly interacted with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and other testing teams. This allowed me to foster a collaborative environment where we could promptly resolve defects and improve the product quality before launch. As I progressed in my career, I began integrating automation testing into my skill set. I utilized various tools and methodologies, including writing scripts in C and implementing an automation framework. This transition not only improved testing efficiency but also provided extensive coverage and reliability in regression testing. For instance, during a recent project for Axa General Insurance, my automation efforts significantly shortened the cycle time for repetitive tests, enabling the team to focus on more complex testing scenarios. Overall, my dual experience with manual and automation testing has equipped me with a comprehensive approach to quality assurance, emphasizing both thoroughness and efficiency in delivering high-quality software.

   Project: Nysa Health Insurance ICICI LombardDomain: Health Insurance | Methodology: Agile | Applications: Nysa Health Agent PortalI collaborated with clients during sprint planning to clarify requirements and estimated QA tasks. I led testing for major modules, covering both admin and user sites. My responsibilities included designing test cases, executing smoke and regression testing, logging and tracking defects in JIRA, and performing database validations.I also tested business flows like policy issuance, endorsements, claim processing, renewals, underwriting, refunds, and cancellations. Before production deployments, I conducted final QA checks to ensure system readiness.As part of Agile ceremonies, I participated in sprint demos, retrospectives, and daily standups.My key achievements is playing an important role in successful UAT sign-offs for multiple modules with minimal defects, ensuring smooth releases.
