ABOUT AKSHAY KADAM

I love to delve into customer problems and help them solve with modern technology. I believe, nurture and evangelize Engineering Management which-builds world class global technology teams of small to large sizes-truly fosters a productive engineering culture, provide technical leadership, motivation, guidance-does a careful planning, development and management of technology roadmap with executive management-provides technical vision, direction and prioritization for the enterprise development teams. I can successfully scale up software businesses in growing revenue-I put the customer at the center of all I do-I execute the technology roadmap with big ideas within the provided constraints-I enjoy discussing new perspectives with the team and implementing new ideas which translate into design, architecture and delivery of scalable, secure, robust enterprise applications-In tandem, I do engage in implying my diverse domain experience from Banking and Financial sector, Travel and Hospitality, Mortgage and Insurance domain to solve real world business problems with simplistic and still robust solutions.I educate, refine and drive myself as well as my team to innovate-I constantly learn new skills and programming languages, frameworks or principles because I never settle-I digitally transform customer experience in Client-Server, cloud computing, Multi-tier architecture and web based systems in agile world-I stay calm when faced with adversity and stay focused to make high quality decisions from delivery execution and team perspective. Apart from my professional life, I love to go trekking unknown regions with professional groups, doing social volunteering especially providing educational help to remote villages and last but not the least, spending quality time with my beloved family!
