ABOUT AKSHAY GUPTA

I am a Sustainability Consultant with over 6 years of experience in sustainable architecture, green building design, and energy efficiency. Currently, I work at Griha Council as a Prject officer while reviewing compliance of projects from institutional to airports. At Buro Happold, where I provide LEED and WELL compliance guidelines for office and residential projects. My previous role as an Assistant Professor at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University allowed me to lead the Masters in Environmental Design program, teaching building physics, green building codes, climatology, and waste management. I\'ve also managed design projects at Lucid Architects and consulted on GRIHA and IGBC compliance at Passive Design Consultants.I hold a Master’s in Sustainable Architecture from Central University of Rajasthan, and I\'m pursuing a Ph.D.(part-time). My academic journey is complemented by multiple certifications, including LEED Green Associate, GRIHA Certified Professional, IGBC Accredited Professional, and RESET Air Accredited Professional.With a strong commitment to sustainability, my goal is to help create spaces that not only meet high environmental standards but also enhance occupant well-being. I\'m passionate about merging design with energy efficiency, daylight optimization, and waste management to contribute to a more sustainable future.
