ABOUT AKSHAY GALAGALI

I’ve spent the last 13+ years working across E-Mobility, Solar, and Commodities trying to make sense of evolving energy ecosystems while helping businesses and customers navigate them with a bit more clarity (and slightly less confusion).For the past 9 years in E-Mobility, my focus has been on building and scaling EV charging infrastructure, working closely with distribution companies, partners, and customers to ensure that “range anxiety” becomes more of a conversation topic than a real problem. Along the way, I’ve been involved in everything from installation and commissioning of chargers to network expansion, demand-side management, and setting up customer support systems that actually support customers.My work sits at the intersection of business development and execution identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and then staying around long enough to make sure things don’t fall apart post-deployment. I’ve had the opportunity to work with government bodies, retail spaces, fleet operators, and individual EV users, which has been a good reminder that no two stakeholders ever want the same thing at the same time.I tend to approach growth with a mix of structure and pragmatism focusing on sustainable expansion rather than just impressive numbers on a slide deck. Building teams, strengthening customer relationships, and creating systems that work in the real world (not just in strategy discussions) are areas I naturally gravitate toward.Outside of work, I run (sometimes voluntarily, sometimes because I signed up for it), play football, cook, and travel mostly to reset and occasionally to convince myself that balance exists.I am reachable at g••••••••@gmail.com
