ABOUT AKSHAY DOSHI

Real Estate MSc - MeritEconomics BSc - 1st Class HonoursAPM PMQMAPMI am a dedicated and self-motivated individual with 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and 5 years of experience in capital infrastructure projects within the Aviation, Nuclear, Rail and Defence industry. I always strive to complete any task, whether in a group or individually to the best of my ability and this has yielded excellent results. I am a fast learner and good communicator with experience of undertaking analytic work over various projects. I am continually looking to further develop my skills and knowledge in order to progress and achieve my future goals. I have experience of working on significant projects such as in the finance team at Sizewell C. This project has an EFC of £20bn where I was the lead on costs for key areas such as Land & Property, Supply Chain and Communications. I also worked at TFL on one of their highest prioritisation projects on the Central Line Improvement Programme which has an EFC £550m. I ensured the project followed the TFL Pathway Methodology and Governance to enable efficiency in delivery and achieving key milestones. I am goal-oriented with a proven track record of excellence and experience in finance, risk, change, reporting and strong stakeholder management.
