   Currently I\'m working as an Sr. Analyst in U.S DB Domain and takingcare of pension related operations work as Tax updating (Federal,State Tax) address update of participant, creating nigo letters, formsrequest processing, updating bank details of participant in dedicatedsoftware,standing annual funding notice, creating and processing ofAge 65 letters to those who are going to attain 65 age,Processing actual and estimate calculation kit, payment set up ofpensioners that\'s called as Disbursement of pension which is mostcritical work in Defined Benefits, handling it as per set procedures.Manual Calc processing is essential part of my job, and I have been trained on that aspect, been handling manual calculation as per process. Being part of creating Daily SLA inventory and TAT report on scheduled time on daily basis and ensuring SLA\'s report are sent on time.Running queries in SQL for Web calc, creating Wo\'s on the same, processing calc further.Achievements- I have got highest rating in first three quarters of my role with Telus, alongwith that I have got Bright Beginning and Kudos award on the basis of my performance.
