Managing collection and recovery portfolio for Abu Dhabi Commercial bank As Agency Manager. Preparing daily MIS and updating the same to the client and managers. Recovery through outsourced field agency which is equipped with state of art modern recovery tools. Capacity planning and gap tracking for the Field agency team - involves projecting the requirement of outsource staff across India, based on various assumptions Responsible for collections budget & expense control, by designing cost & performance effective vendor payout grid. Also responsible to meet preferred cost of collections/operations. Provide coaching, training and direction to Outsource Field Agencies for better performance and overall development. Managing performance by using effective management tools. Ensuring the implementation of internal process & controls, audit checks. Conceptualisation & execution of incentive plans for Staff & vendors. Identify and resolve relevant operational risks and issues, and ensure they are escalated to the higher management as appropriate. Responsible of setting up Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Recovery & MRR% targets region wise & location wise; and planning and developing Field agencies strategy in order to achieve the desired results. Conducted On boarding training and periodic training programs on basis of needs assessments and analysis for New hire field agencies.
