Undertake various processes/activities relating to off-site supervision of Stock Brokers• Monitor and analyze various submissions made by Members with respect to laid down early warning parameters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements• Detailed evaluation of risk parameters and identification of red flags• Ensure execution of offsite compliance • Periodic follow up with Members • Draft and maintain SOPs/policy for respective activities• Ensuring timely generation and sharing of alerts with ROs• Completion of Early mechanism generated alerts within TAT and Draft the report on basis of violations. • Expand the scope of inspection beyond the pre-approved checklist after consulting manager. • Prepare the preliminary observation sheet for the inspection • Verify the inspection report prepared by the maker (another AM).• Monitor and analyse various submissions made by Members with respect to laid down early warning parameters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Responsible for end to end planning and execution of pre and post inspection activities.
