I’m a HR professional with a unique foundation in both HR and engineering — holding master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Over the past four years, I’ve built a strong foundation in HR operations, talent acquisition, data-driven reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. At my previous role, I supported the full talent acquisition lifecycle, partnered closely with the Learning & Development team to enhance onboarding and training experiences, and took on generalist responsibilities that strengthened my understanding of HR compliance and employee support. I also led data and reporting efforts, delivering insights to senior leadership to inform strategic workforce decisions. Whether through process improvements, strategic workforce planning, or driving DEI conversations, I demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to fostering positive, inclusive workplaces. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between technical insight and people strategy — using data and systems thinking to improve processes, shape culture, and drive business outcomes. I thrive at the intersection of analytics and empathy, and I’m always looking for ways to make HR smarter, more human, and more impactful. I\'m currently looking for full time opportunities in HR space within Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and L&D to make an impact and add value to the organization.
