   Work duties• To Instruct students for International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme French ab initio/Standard level and Middle Year Programme French emergent/capable/proficient level.• Analyze all student requirements and recommend improvements in study habits and perform the assessment on all student tests in both formal and informal environment.• To assist the DP Coordinator in maintaining the submissions of assessments (IBIS) and the records of the learners.• To assist in the process of student’s admission into DP and MYP Programme including the form of student interviews, testing or evaluation of teacher recommendations.• To assist the DP Coordinator and Exam Department to ensure the smooth running of the examinations. This includes collecting exam papers and mark schemes from Department Heads, checking the same for clerical errors, preparing multiple copies as required, and arranging for their safekeeping.• Assisting the MYP Coordinator to ensure a focus on student learning and best practice in teaching, and on achieving the aims as outlined in the School Mission and Vision.• To support the Extended Essay and TOK Coordinators to ensure that students meet the timeline for production of the essays and presentations, which comprise the assessment of these components of the course.• To Provide training and support to teachers, students, and parents on how to use MANAGEBAC effectively. Managing user accounts and permissions.• Ensure that copies of IB publications pertaining to the MYP section of the school are available to all staff members.• Ensure homeroom and subject specialist planning is based on agreed student learning outcomes, as per the school’s guiding curriculum documentation.
